Movember 2011 – Day 3 & 4

This YouTube clip about the Enigma Bear has been trending today. If you follow the trail, it turns out to be a marketing exercise by Streets Cornetto.

I’m torn, because I don’t know if it’s been successful or not.

I was walking past the frozen food section of Coles tonight and the videos sprung to mind, and I had a real hankering for a Cornetto. Pity is, they don’t sell Cornettos at Coles – so I bought Drumsticks.

Does that count as a win?

Movember 2011 – Day 2

It’s day 2, and since I’ll be taking a few of these photos, I thought I’d have a look into some Android photo apps so I can chuck filters my bad photos to make them look… passable. Really, I’m just jealous of the iPhone Instagram geeks. I’ll write up a blog post on my weapon of choice, but in the end I paid for an app ($4.62 – a little bit more than Instagram… which is free) but it has a lot of good options to make my not-so-great HTC Legend camera better.

Movember 2011 – Day 1

So, Day 1 is almost over, and it’s a pity that I’ve been home with a cracking headache all day because, really, if I was going to show myself in public, today would be the day to do it.

As I was pondering the next 30 days (I just checked that November has 30 days on my knuckles), I stumbled across the 2004 Asian Mustache Olympics. It’s a pity that most of the image links are broken, but fortunately, this one survived:

2004 Asian Mustache Olympics - Week 2

This is two weeks of growth on Asians from different regions. Bets on what I’ll be looking like after 2 weeks?
